TERMS OF SERVICE

4. Product Availability

Our Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, in particular in the case of simultaneous orders for the same Product by several customers. 5.3. Confirmation of the order

5.3.a) Validation of the delivery method

You will need to complete the delivery information necessary for the proper dispatch of your order: country of dispatch, title, first name, surname, telephone, delivery address.

You can use your delivery address as the billing address or enter another one. You will then be prompted to select a payment method and enter the relevant information.

5.3.b) Validation of the means of payment and payment of the order

6. Price – Means of Payment accepted

6.1. Price

The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included. It is possible that you will be asked to pay customs fees on your order when your package arrives if you are ordering outside the European Union.

7. Retention of Title

8. Terms of delivery

8.1. Delivery and pick-up area

8.2. Transportation costs

9. Delivery issues

Any defect or delay in delivery must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any complaint made more than 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of your order cannot be taken into account.

MG ******** will then be required to reimburse you for all sums paid, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the sales contract. You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies observed (open package, damaged Product, etc.).

10. Right of withdrawal – returns, exchanges, refunds

10.1. Right and period of withdrawal

We accept the return of any product within 14 days from the date of dispatch on the condition that it is intact and in a condition to be potentially resold (without restocking costs). You will receive, at your choice, a credit on our site or a refund.

After this period, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.

10.2. Modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal

or through the "Contact" section of our site. You will be asked for your first and last name and your order number. Once your request has been received by e-mail, our after-sales service will send you a return label by e-mail. Print it, and use it to ship the return package.
Once your package has been received by our services, if everything is in order, we will refund the item.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund of your order if the product is not declared and verified as defective, therefore solely due to the customer.

We do not exchange items. If you want another size, you will have to reorder on la-methode-gun.fr.

10.3. Consequence of the right of withdrawal

As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal or in the event of non-compliance of the Product, you can return the Product(s) purchased by requesting an exchange or a refund under the conditions described in l 11 below.

11. Terms of return, exchange, and refund

11.1.a) Return

As part of exercising the right of withdrawal and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

11.1.c) Reimbursement

In the event of a request for reimbursement, the latter will take place, in accordance with the legislation, fourteen (14) days from either (i) receipt of proof of shipment of the Product(s), or (ii) the receipt of the Product(s), the date chosen being that of the first of these events. The refund, including the standard delivery costs of the initial order, will then be made using the same method of payment used when ordering.

Please note, however, that an additional delay may be applied by your bank when refunding.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances can MG ******** be held liable for any damage that does not result from a breach by MG ******** of one of its obligations.

13. Applicable law - Disputes

These General Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law. However, in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of June 17, 2008, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not prevent MG ******** from complying with a provision that is more favorable to the customer and to which he cannot be waived by agreement, under the law where the customer has his habitual residence.
